Practice being proactive before the anxiety attack arises.

Make friends with it. Treat it with respect. Feel it and understand it.

See it as a scared little child. It need to know that it being noticed and understood.

That you can keep it safe from harm.

We are not going to stop anxiety complete, but we can gradually change our relationship with it.

More responsive and less reactive to our anxiety.
