200 Hopeful / Courageous Yes, I can.

The Mindset of To Me (‘I can’t’)
To Me, are levels that we all visit and learn from.

How To

We determine emotionally where we are by:

1. Becoming Grounded
2. Opening our heart and mind
3. Reflecting on pessimism an optimism

• When I am most pessimistic, I feel disappointment
