Mindfulness principles can be lost sight of when training in mindfulness. Mindfulness principles can be lost sight of when training in mindfulness. Mindfulness training also can seem challenging at times. So to address the issue we use the ancient ‘Rule of Threes’.
The brain works best when it does have to keep more than three things in mind.
By organizing the training into three groups Principles, Processes & Practices we experience the benefits of mindfulness quicker.

PRACTICES – Stop & Drop, Open & Smile, Rest & Let-go
